Dark Chocolate


Our butter popcorn is combined with cranberries, cherries and almonds, and then drizzled with dark chocolate. Perfect for holiday gifts (or anytime!).


  • 1 lb good quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 4 cups Wise® Butter Popcorn
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried sour cherries


  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking metal baking pan with parchment so it over hangs the edges; set aside. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water, stirring occasionally until melted.
  2. Remove from heat. Reserving 1/2 cup melted chocolate, for drizzling, pour remaining chocolate into prepared pan.
  3. Top evenly with popcorn, almonds, cranberries and cherries. Drizzle reserved chocolate over top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chocolate is set. Remove from pan and peel off the parchment paper. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
