Wise Snacks is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly throughout our operations and supply chain. We respect the human rights and dignity of all people and expect our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to uphold the same standards.
Our commitment to human rights, ethical business conduct, and supplier accountability is reflected in our Code of Ethics, Human Rights Policy, supplier management processes, and reporting mechanisms available to employees and third parties through our Transparency Mailbox.
Supply Chain Verification
Wise evaluates suppliers through supplier qualification, approval, and monitoring processes designed to assess food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and business integrity.
As part of these processes, Wise may review supplier information, certifications, audit results, and other materials to assess supplier suitability and identify potential risks within the supply chain.
Consistent with our Human Rights Policy, monitors human-rights considerations within our operations and supply chain.
Wise maintains a supplier approval and monitoring program through which suppliers are evaluated prior to approval and periodically reviewed thereafter based on risk, performance, compliance, and business requirements.
Supplier Audits
Wise maintains supplier oversight activities as part of its food safety and quality programs, including supplier assessments, audits, evaluations, and corrective action processes.
These activities may be conducted by Wise personnel, qualified third-party auditors, certification bodies, regulatory authorities, or other independent organizations, depending upon supplier risk and business requirements.
Supplier Standards and Certification
Wise expects its suppliers and business partners to uphold human rights and comply with all applicable labor and employment laws.
Suppliers are expected to operate in a manner consistent with Wise's commitment to:

Prohibit forced labor, slavery, human trafficking, and child labor;

Provide fair wages and working conditions;

Maintain safe and healthy workplaces; and
