This fresh, smoky and healthful dip is diary free, and it pairs deliciously with our potato chips. Delicious and easy to whip together for any gathering.
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1-1/2 cups jarred roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp each salt and freshly ground pepper
- Wise® Golden Original potato chips.
- Add garlic clove to small food processor or blender; pulse until chopped. Add red pepper, walnuts, olive oil, vinegar, smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with Wise potato chips.
