Red Pepper

Description

This fresh, smoky and healthful dip is diary free, and it pairs deliciously with our potato chips. Delicious and easy to whip together for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1-1/2 cups jarred roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Wise® Golden Original potato chips.

Directions

  1. Add garlic clove to small food processor or blender; pulse until chopped. Add red pepper, walnuts, olive oil, vinegar, smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with Wise potato chips.
