Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 oz blue cheese crumbled (about
1/3 cup)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat
in sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with Wise
Potato Chips.
